What makes your coaching different from other online coaching, programs, or fitness apps?
Most online coaching/programs follow a generic structure- limited adjustments, templated progressions, and often minimal feedback. We build every program from scratch, update it weekly (based on your plan), and review your lifts rep by rep. We coach you, not just your numbers.
How will I receive my program?
Once you’re ready to go and you’ve connected with one of our coaches, you will be sent a setup link to get you registered on our programming platform. Once that’s complete, all communications and programs can be accessed through the app.
Do you offer remote coaching (virtual 1:1 sessions)?
Yes, if you prefer to train via video call, that can be arranged between you and your coach.
How will a coach determine if my technique is correct?
To help you lift safely and effectively, we ask clients to submit training videos from specific angles. Your coach will review each video, rep by rep, and use bar path tracking tools to understand how you move. This helps us offer clear, constructive feedback so you can make steady progress without guesswork.
